The title is Regional Director of Business Development, and this is the best of both worlds – high growth division under the umbrella of a multibillion-dollar company. Strong growth and a significant pipeline of new business in 2023 have created the need for this expansion position. Solid base range that starts at $110K+, top performers make $200K UNCAPPED, + first class benefits. More importantly if you do well in this role the next promotion gets you into a role where top performers make $300K+ uncapped. The company’s strong employee culture is unlike anything else out there which allows them to have very little turnover. The ideal rep will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will have at least 5+ years of high performing business development/sales experience. You will be given extensive resources to partner with your team and physicians to enhance the quality, and experience of patient care.
