The title is Director of Business Development, and this is the best of both worlds – high growth division under the umbrella of a multibillion-dollar company. Solid base range starts at $110K+, top performers make $195K+ UNCAPPED, + first class benefits. More importantly if you do well in this role the next promotion gets you into a role where top performers make $300K+ uncapped. The company’s strong employee culture is unlike anything else out there which allows them to have very little turnover. In the last year none of their salespeople have left the company to pursue other opportunities. The ideal rep will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will have at least 3-5+ years of high performing business development/sales experience. You will be given extensive resources to partner with your team and physicians to enhance the quality, experience, and cost of patient care.
