Job Description:

This is a rare and unique business development/sales opportunity in one of the fastest growing sectors in healthcare. The title is Director of Business Development, and this is the best of both worlds – small high growth division under the umbrella of a multibillion-dollar company. Solid base range that starts at $115K (can be more for the right candidate) +, top performers make $200K+ UNCAPPED, + first class benefits. More importantly if you do well in this role the next promotion gets you into a role where top performers make $300K+ uncapped. The company’s strong employee culture is unlike anything else out there which allows them to have very little turnover. The ideal rep will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will have at least 3-5+ years of high performing medical sales or business development experience.
