The comp plan is uncapped, stock equity day one and top reps make $400K+.The company has disruptive technology + recent big contract wins, and new products on the horizon will fuel strong growth for years to come. The salesforce was launched approximately six years ago, they have excellent momentum and are continuing to expand the sales force. The leadership team has a long history of creating a fun work environment, VERY Pro-Sales culture, and will provide their reps all the tools to be highly successful. The “at plan” is very realistic and includes a ramp up commission guarantee. Job Requirements:

4+ years of successful OR clinical sales experience, general/plastic surgeon relationships a plus
